The journey

The journey exercise was quite hard for me.  I tend to have a million things running through my head at once.  When I begin to relax I struggle with only focusing on one thing.  It is often when I go outside and listen to nature that I get my best thinking done.  I am going to continue to work on quiting my thoughts.  Wish me luck!

  1. I am sure that with practice you will make great strides. Sometimes I find it helpful to allow my thoughts to do as they please and die a natural death. When I attempt to force myself to stop thinking it can actually create more stress. Good luck and the changing season is sure to have a calming effect on the senses.
